Deacon Errol preaches at St. Dominic’s on Mary and Joseph finding Jesus in the Temple after going missing for 3 days. Mary sees him as her child and takes his behavior personally but the elders find him full of wisdom and God’s grace. Even though Mary doesn’t understand Jesus purpose he is already self aware and offers a glimpse of His resurrection. We are all God’s children first, surpassing the connections of family and blood lines. Our purpose belongs to God.
