Fr. David's homily talks about we each seek a time of glory in our lifetime. We all want to make our mark on the world and be first and second to none at some point. The disciples in today's Gospel wanted special favors from Jesus, but granting places of honor was not what Jesus had in mind. He wants us to be in a posture of humility and service.
